FAQs
- Do you offer payment plans? We offer a Monthly and Annual payment plan to fit your needs.
- When you choose Monthly, you pay upfront for the upcoming 30 days. You are then automatically charged each month.
- When you choose Annual, you pay upfront for the upcoming 12 months and save 20% of your total plan. The Annual plan is charged in one, single payment and is not charged each month.
- Can I change my payment plan or plan type? Yes! You can always upgrade your payment and plan type at any time. Note that if you downgrade from a higher-level plan (such as Flourish) to a lower-level plan (such as Grow), any payment you've previously submitted will be added as a credit to your account and will not be issued as a refund.
- I have a coupon code...will that be carried over if I change plans? You betcha! (*ahem*...did our Midwest roots come out here?) Any coupon code will stick with your plan no matter the changes you may make.
- What is your cancellation policy? No contract, you can cancel anytime! Based on your selected payment plan (Monthly vs. Annual), note that you may have already paid in advance for your plan and a refund will not be issued.
- What is your refund policy? We offer a free 7-day trial so you can see for yourself if ChurchSpring is a fit for you! You'll have full access to your plan and can change plans for free anytime during your free 7-day trial. You can cancel anytime during your trial. After your trial ends, the card on your account will be charged and a refund will not be issued.
- Will my pricing ever change? Nope! Once you signup for a ChurchSpring website, you lock in your pricing for life. Even if our pricing increases, your pricing will never change! Pretty cool, right?
