Our team offers a free webinar to demonstrate features and educate you on the ease of use and the time-saving tools that come with a ChurchSpring website. Every webinar sign-up automatically receives a free trial website so you can click around and experience the website for yourself. The demo webinar is available to watch at churchspring.com/demo.
1. Since our system will create a trial Flourish plan site for you, a few questions need to be answered before you can view the webinar. Be sure to spell your church name correctly since our system will propagate it throughout your trial website.
2. Once you are in the demo webinar, our founder will introduce you to the ChurchSpring platform, and show you how to navigate your website.
3. Login credentials will be sent to the email address that you provided. Our team requires email validation within 24 hours, so please watch for that email so that you can continue to enjoy your trial Flourish plan website. Email verification will help confirm your identity, prevent fraud, and reduce the risk of our emails being marked as spam.

Our team highly recommends viewing the webinar, but maybe you are ready to jump-in and start the trial right away. By clicking the green 7-day free trial button (or the button that says "Start Free Trial") on the churchspring.com website, you will access the setup for your free trial.
1. When you click the green button, the system will ask some basic account information in order to populate your trail website. In order to use the ChurchSpring platform, you will need to agree to our Terms & Conditions and our Statement of Faith.
2. When your trial site is created, you will see the following screen prompting you to login to your new website.
3. After you sign up, you will have a complimentary 7-day trial access that is tracked through a countdown icon located in the Admin bar on the left side of your screen.
4. Login credentials will be sent to the email address that you provided. Our team requires email validation within 24 hours, so be sure to watch for that email or you will be unable to continue enjoying your Flourish plan website.
Need A Longer Trial Period? Request One!
We understand that life happens, and some weeks are just not good for digging-in and taking a closer look at your trial website. If you are within your 7-day trial, you can request to extend your trial period before it expires.
1. Login to your trial website and click on the Settings icon in the Admin bar on the left of your screen.
2. Click the gray “Cancel” button on the right side of the screen.
3. A window will pop-up with a “Request more time on your trial” option in the lower left of the window. Click the request button.
4. Follow the prompts and specify your reason for the extension. Once you click submit, your request will be reviewed by our support team.
Please Note: If you do not request an extension before the 7-day trial ends, the extension period will expire.

There are multiple benefits to purchasing your website plan within the 7-day free trial. When you do, your free trial days will not end, and your subscription charge will happen at the end of day 7.
1. To subscribe to your website plan, start by clicking the countdown icon in the Admin bar on the left side of your website page.
2. A window will pop open with the plan options. To compare our three plans, scroll down the website page at churchspring.com/pricing.
3. Start by selecting a monthly or annual subscription at the top of the window, and then select your choice of plan. Click "continue."
4. The following window will appear for you to complete your subscription setup.
My 7-day Free Trial Expired! Now What?
If you missed signing up for your subscription within the first seven days, it's not a problem! Our team will store your website for an additional 20 days before we delete it from our system. All you need to do is to go back to your trial website URL, and login by following the prompts!
When you have completed the subscription billing setup, your website will be activated. Now your easy-to-use ChurchSpring website is ready for you to complete the personalization and connect your own domain name!
