1. Enter your name and email address in the demo form to gain access.
2. Once you are in the demo webinar, our founder will introduce you to the ChurchSpring platform, show you around, and answer many frequently asked questions!

1. When you arrive at the pricing page, you'll see our three subscription plans. First, select whether you prefer a monthly or annual subscription by using the toggle at the top of the page.
2. Second, choose the plan that best fits your church's needs by clicking the black "Start My Free Trial" button underneath the subscription of your choice. Don't worry if you are unsure of the subscription to choose at this point–you can cancel or change your plan at any time throughout your trial. Just make sure your website billing area reflects the subscription you want before the end of the trial when your subscription charges.
3. Once you select your plan level, you'll be directed to the Account Information page. Here, you'll add your account owner details and church information. Please keep in mind that you must agree to our Terms & Conditions and our Statement of Faith in order to utilize our platform.
4. Once you've completed all the information and clicked the green "Start My Free Trial" button, you will see a screen prompting you to log in to your new website! (Login credentials & helpful resources will be sent to the email address you provided 😉)
Need A Longer Trial Period? Request One!
We understand that life happens, and some weeks are just not good for digging-in and taking a closer look at your trial website. If you are within your 7-day trial, you can request to extend your trial period before it expires.
1. Login to your trial website and click on the Settings icon in the Admin bar on the left of your screen.
2. Click the gray “Cancel” button on the right side of the screen.
3. A window will pop up with a “Request more time on your trial” option in the lower left of the window. Click the request button.
4. Follow the prompts and specify your reason for the extension. Once you click submit, your request will be reviewed by our support team.
Please note: If you do not request an extension before the 7-day trial ends, the extension period will expire.
