How to Organize Your Image Library
A disorganized media library can feel like finding a needle in a haystack - scrolling endlessly through hundreds of images, hoping to stumble upon that perfect graphic you need. We heard your frustrations loud and clear, and that's why we're excited to introduce our latest Image Library update.
- Image Tagging: Image tagging allows you to categorize your images with custom keywords. Applying relevant tags to your images makes it much easier to quickly find and access the visuals you need.
- Image Favoriting: Favoriting images allows you to mark your most important or frequently used visuals for easy access. Clicking the heart 🖤 groups your favorite images so they are readily available when you need them.
Accessing Your Image Library
Navigate to your website's Settings menu and click the "Manage Files" button to open your complete media library where you can organize, tag, and favorite your images.
Image Tagging
The ChurchSpring Library comes pre-tagged by our team for easy searching. For your uploaded images, we've provided powerful tagging capabilities to help you organize and find them quickly.
How to Add Tags to Your Uploaded Images
- Hover over any uploaded image in your library.
- Click the tag icon in the top right corner.
- Type your tag in the input field (example: "bible study").
- Add multiple tags as needed - separate them by pressing Enter or adding a comma.
- Click the black Save button to apply your tags.
Pro tip: Think about how you might search for this image later. For example, a photo of a Bible study group could be tagged with "bible study," "small groups," and "fellowship."
Finding Images Using Tags
There are two easy ways to find your tagged images:
- Using the search bar:
- Click the search bar at the top of your media library
- Type in your tag (example: "bible study")

- Using the Tags tab:
- Click the Tags tab at the top of the media library window
- Click on any tag to see all associated images
