GoDaddy Domain Delegation

Ready to point your GoDaddy custom domain name? We can help!

GoDaddy will allow you to delegate access to the ChurchSpring Support team to make the necessary changes to your DNS records.

Here is what we need you to do:

  1. Please log in to your GoDaddy account and visit your Account Settings, found under your name at the top right of the main dashboard.
  2. Click on "Delegate Access" in the middle of your Account Settings page.
  3. Look for "People who can access my account" and click on the "Invite to Access" link underneath.
  4. In the box that pops up, type ChurchSpring in the name and support@churchspring.com in the email. Under "Access level requested" choose "Products & Domains" and then click on the "invite" button.

For more details on these steps, check out the GoDaddy help article here. Once you complete these steps, our support team will receive a notification email from GoDaddy, and we will then be able to easily access your DNS settings using our login credentials and make the necessary changes for you.

PLEASE NOTE: GoDaddy only gives a 48-hour window for our team to accept the delegation. Please take this into consideration before you complete the delegation. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm Central time.
