Accessing Contact Form Results

Your Form Results in One Place!๐ŸŽ‰

The Contact Form template (page or block) can be edited to meet the needs of your ministry. From VBS registration to retreats and conferences to a simple pot-luck sign-upโ€“create a custom form! Once you create the form, the form results be emailed to you as people utilize the form, and you are also able to go to the website form and print a listing.

Follow these steps to access your form results...

Step 1: Log in to your ChurchSpring website and go to the page that contains your form.

Step 2: Underneath the first text box, you will see a line that says "Form Results" and "Form Settings." The number in the circle indicates how many people have submitted the form. By clicking the "Form Results" link, you will see an expanded view showing all the submissions to this form. 

Step 3: The order of results will be listed with the most recent submission at the top and the oldest submission at the bottom of the list. You will see three options: Export the Excel file, Print, and Delete selected.

  • "Export Excel file" will allow you to export all form data. You also have the option to check specific boxes for the data you wanted to export.

  • The "Print" feature will allow you to print all form data, or just the specified data based on the checked boxes at the left of the list.  

  • Information can be deleted by selecting the checkboxes to the left of the lines that you want to delete. Or you can click the top checkbox to delete all of the form data at once.
